6. Warranties and Disclaimers
- We provide bug fixes for 30 days after project delivery

- Performance depends on hosting, infrastructure, and external factors
7. Limitation of Liability
PushToProd Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed. Clients receive deliverables for paid work.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
