Terms of Service

What TripDeals does

TripDeals is a flight deal alert service. We monitor flight prices from your chosen home airport and notify you about discounted fares, including error fares. We are not an airline, travel agent or booking platform, and we do not sell tickets.

Booking is with the airline or provider

When you tap a deal, you are directed to an airline or third-party provider to complete your booking. Your purchase is a contract between you and that provider and is subject to their terms, fare rules and cancellation policies. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the booking, changes, refunds, delays or cancellations.

Deals are not guaranteed

Flight prices and availability change quickly. We try to send deals that are bookable when we send them, but we cannot guarantee that any fare will still be available, or that any airline will honor an error fare. Savings figures such as "up to 90% off" are the maximum seen and are not a promise of any particular discount. Before paying for non-refundable plans such as hotels, wait until the airline has confirmed your ticket.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough in your country to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your device and any account secure.

Subscriptions and billing

TripDeals offers free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID and are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
• Prices and features of plans may change; we will give notice where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our deals or content at scale without permission;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others;
• misuse the Service to book fares you do not intend to honor or to defraud airlines or others.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by TripDeals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Airline names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that deals will be accurate, complete or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripDeals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or travel expenses, arising from your use of the Service or from any booking you make with a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
